Grant Payment Process

Once the project has been completed, a request for grant payment must be made.

Under the Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme, there are two milestones for grant payment. A payment request must be made for each milestone.

Completion Documents

An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Commissioning Report must be completed and signed by the supplier/installer, microgenerator owner.
 
An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Grant Payment Request Form must be completed and signed by the microgenerator owner.

An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Authorisation for Access to Metering Data must be completed and signed by the microgenerator owner.

An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Operational Report must be completed and signed by the microgenerator owner.
 
Milestone One

The following documents must be submitted to SEAI, in order to make a payment request:

  1. An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Payment Request Form
  2. An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Commissioning Report
  3. An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Authorisation for access to metering data form
  4. Copies of all eligible invoices for the project
  5. Proof of payment for all project invoices
  6. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (where applicable).

Milestone Two (As per Letter of Offer)

The following documents must be submitted to SEAI, in order to make a payment request

  1. An SEAI Payment Request Form
  2. An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Operational Report
  3. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate(where applicable).
