Grant Payment Process
Once the project has been completed, a request for grant payment must be made.
Under the Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme, there are two milestones for grant payment. A payment request must be made for each milestone.
Completion Documents
An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Commissioning Report must be completed and signed by the supplier/installer, microgenerator owner.
An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Grant Payment Request Form must be completed and signed by the microgenerator owner.
An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Authorisation for Access to Metering Data must be completed and signed by the microgenerator owner.
An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Operational Report must be completed and signed by the microgenerator owner.
Milestone One
The following documents must be submitted to SEAI, in order to make a payment request:
- An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Payment Request Form
- An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Commissioning Report
- An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Authorisation for access to metering data form
- Copies of all eligible invoices for the project
- Proof of payment for all project invoices
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (where applicable).
Milestone Two (As per Letter of Offer)
The following documents must be submitted to SEAI, in order to make a payment request
- An SEAI Payment Request Form
- An SEAI Small- and Micro- Scale Generation Programme Operational Report
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate(where applicable).
