Grant Payment Process
Once the project has been completed, a request for grant payment must be made.
For Projects approved both under the previous Bioheat Programme and the current ReHeat Programme, the forms are available below. The procedure for claiming payment is outlined below.

Capital Investment Grant Payment Request Form
An SEAI Reheat Programme Mechanical Completion Certificate must be completed and signed by the system installer and given to the heating system owner.
An SEAI Reheat Programme Commissioning Report must be completed and signed by both the supplier/installer and the heating system owner.
An SEAI Reheat Programme Capital Investment Grant Payment Request Form must be completed and signed by the heating system owner.
The following documents must be submitted to SEAI, in order to make a payment request:
1. An SEAI Payment Request Form
2. An SEAI Reheat Programme Commissioning Report
3. Copies of all invoices for the project,
4. Proof of payment for all project invoices
5. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
ReHeat Feasibility Study Grant
An SEAI Reheat Programme Feasibility Study Grant Payment Request Form must be completed and signed by the boiler owner.
Feasibility Study Payment Request Form
The following documents must be submitted to SEAI, in order to make a payment request:
1. An SEAI Payment Request Form
2. A copy of the project Feasibility Study
3. Copies of all invoices for the project,
4. Proof of payment for all project invoices
5. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
