(*)The abstracts will be evaluated by the ICOE Technical Committee that is chaired by Tony Lewis of the HMRC. The Technical Committee will report to the "first author" of the outcome of the evaluation. The selected abstracts will be invited to submit a full paper indicating the format of presentation (oral or poster). The organizers will try to accept the preference shown by the author, but this is not guaranteed in all cases.
(**)It is expected that all items selected after evaluation of abstracts are finally accepted. However, the ICOE Technical Committee reserves the right not to accept an article (full paper) if the content differs markedly of what was advanced in the abstract or the quality of the article is well below what was proposed in the abstract.
