Summary: This report presents an economic evaluation of energy efficiency improvements made in the residential and small-business sectors via SEAI's Home Energy Saving (HES) scheme and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Programme. The results are based on best available data, including that collected by SEAI during programme delivery. The results illustrate the substantial savings available in the residential and business sectors through deployment of sustainable energy technologies and strategic energy management.
