Wood Energy Technologies

Wood burning technologies are available with a range of output capacities suitable for almost all applications.

Domestic

Domestic stoves and boilers typically cover the range up to 50 kW (although larger boilers are available for larger houses and district / community heating schemes).

Commercial / Industrial

Boilers for generating heat, steam and / or electricity are available for commercial / industrial applications and may be as large as multiples of 10 MW. Boilers over 1MW tend to be bespoke designs and are not generally available “off the shelf”. It is strongly advised that specialist consultants / suppliers are approached for larger applications.
