Application Forms for Year 2 Trial Users Now Available

The application process to find 8 drivers for year 2 of the Aran Island’s EV Demonstration Programme is now open. If you would like to participate please download the Application Guide below and review the terms for participation. If you then wish to apply, please download and complete the Application Form and submit to graham.brennan@seai.ie. All applications must be received by 6pm on Friday 23rd of December 2011. Following an initial screening of applications, properties will be inspected for ease of access and electrical standards and 8 drivers will be selected. 6 on Inis Mór, 1 on Inis Oírr and one on Inis Meáin. The properties must be fitted with a wall mounted unit and external plug socket. Vehicles will be handed over in January 2012 when the Year 2 Trial will begin.
Previous Trial drivers may also apply. Preference will be given to new applicants and in the case where insufficient and unfeasible applications have been received, previous participants will be considered.
