Energy Research Portal

The Energy Reasearch Portal represents a continuation of SEAI's effort to bring improved coherence to the energy research landscape in Ireland and to present a useful resource for stakeholders in government, the academic institutions and industry.

It is the result of a data collection exercise that has identified and categorised over 700 energy related research and development projects on the island of Ireland, led by over 200 Principal Investigators across twenty-one academic institutions in the period 2004 - 2010. These projects represent €174 million in research and development funding from various sources including government, industry and the EU.
