DEAP Public Consultation

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland has launched a two stage consultation process for the Dwelling Energy Assessment Procedure (DEAP) for Building Energy Rating. All feedback from Stage 1 of the DEAP consultation process has been received and the final date for acceptance of further feedback has elapsed. DEAP Version 3.2 was released in 2011 as a result of feedback from Stage 1 of the public consultation process. Stage 2 of the DEAP consultation is currently under development. Stage 2 will focus on wider issues relating to new and forthcoming standards along with new building design and construction methods.
