Becoming a DEC Assessor
To register as a DEC assessor for large public buildings candidates must:
- Hold a degree in a building construction related discipline (level 7 under the National Framework for Qualifications)
- Attend a DEC Workshop for large Public Buildings. To register for the next available DEC Workshop, please email info@ber.seai.ie
- Complete the application form
- Confirm you have read and accept the DEC Assessors Code of Practice and Quality Assurance for Public Service Buildings
