| Expression of Interest must be registered on-line at www.seai.ie/energyawards. |
| Completed entry forms should be received no later than 5pm Thursday 30th June 2011. |
| Entry forms should be a maximum of 8 pages. Attachments are not permitted. |
| Only emailed (electronic) entry forms will be accepted. Entry forms should be emailed to awards@seai.ie. |
| Entries will be accepted from all organisations, large and small, from private and public sectors. All companies, from the North or South of Ireland, are encouraged to enter. |
| Approval for publicity is implied as part of taking part in the Sustainable Energy Awards competition. Specific data will not be published without prior consent but may be used for internal statistical analysis. |
| Entries to Categories A, F and G must have demonstrated savings for at least 6 months prior to entry. |
| Entries to Categories B, C and H must have demonstrated savings for at least 1 year prior to entry. |
| Entries to Categories D and E must have demonstrated savings for at least 2 year prior to entry. |
| Winners from the 2010 Sustainable Energy Awards cannot enter the same category in the 2011 Awards. |
| In all matters relating to this competition the judges' decision will be final, feedback will not be given until the judging process has been completed. |
