About the scheme

This new government grant scheme is designed to support Housing Associations and Local Authorities who wish to participate in delivering energy efficiency upgrades in their communities, specifically in domestic buildings.

  • Build strategic working relationships directly with owners of large quantities of domestic units.
  • Empower Housing Associations and Local Authorities to lead energy efficient upgrades on the housing stock.
  • Promote a building fabric first approach
