Why become a One Stop Shop
The purpose of a One Stop Shop is to offer, manage and deliver an end-to-end service to the homeowner, advising on and carrying out all aspects of a home energy upgrade. The One Stop Shop will provide a service covering the full customer journey. This includes information provision and technical direction, completing all works and discounting of the grant from the cost levied to the homeowner, as well as monitoring energy savings.

Eligibility to become a One Stop Shop
Are you a retrofitter, contractor, builder, utility company, or manufacturer interested in becoming a One Stop Shop?
There are certain criteria you will need to meet. These include, but are not limited to:
- an ability to offer the full range of energy upgrades
- a minimum of €1 million annual turnover

To submit your pre qualification application, One Stop Shop applicants must:
- Submit a completed pre-qualification form.
- Provide the documentation listed in the checklist.
- Once submitted, SEAI will contact you directly to discuss your application.
If you successfully meet all of the pre-qualification critieria in Stage 1, you will then be invited to proceed to Stage 2.

Stage 2 - Strategic plan
During this stage, you will need to fully demonstrate the requirements from Stage 1, and SEAI will work closely with you to answer any questions you may have.
- You will be invited to complete the One Stop Shop Application - Strategic Plan and be required to provide evidence to demonstrate compliance with the application criteria.
- Once you have submitted all the required documentation, SEAI will review it and provide you with feedback which you can then implement.
- Submitted applications will be assessed based on defined evaluation criteria and scoring outlined in the form.

Application approval
If successful, an OSS Appointment Agreement will be established and signed between SEAI and the One Stop Shop prior to registration.
You will then be able to offer SEAI One Stop Shop grants to your clients and you will be listed on the SEAI website as a registered One Stop Shop.
