This is a stakeholder engagement webinar in relation to identifying a suitable energy education service provider(s) to provide Management and Administrative Services to support the delivery of the SEAI School Workshop Programme.
This public procurement competition will be divided into 4 lots as described below. Each Lot will result in a separate service contract:
- Lot 1) Management and delivery of SEAI Energy Workshops for Primary School student cohort and their educators; including reviewing and updating Primary Workshop content & materials in collaboration with SEAI.
- Lot 2) Management and delivery of SEAI Energy Workshops for Post Primary School student cohort and their educators, including reviewing and updating Post Primary Workshop content in collaboration with SEAI,
- Lot 3) Early Years Energy engagement development, management and delivery including content and material development in collaboration with SEAI.
- Lot 4) Workshop programme management and delivery including Irish workshop content and material development in collaboration with SEAI .
The estimated value of all 4 lots is approximately €1,150,000 excluding VAT over the entire contracts term (maximum of four years) respectively Lot 1) ~€725,000, Lot 2) ~€225,000 Lot 3) ~€140,000 and Lot 4) ~€60,000.
All the estimated budgets for the contracts will be subject to the annual government estimates and budgetary process in each of the years in question which are subject to change.
