Providing free home energy upgrades to homeowners who get certain social welfare payments. These upgrades help improve your home's warmth and energy efficiency.

About the Scheme

SEAI provide free home upgrades to homeowners on qualifying welfare payments and who meet the eligibility criteria. An SEAI registered contractor will carefully assess your home and will recommend upgrades that are suitable for your property. These will be based on its age, size, existing heating system and overall condition. Some homes may not qualify. The most common upgrades completed include attic and wall insulation.
