RO11 Form

An MPRN is required to publish a new-final and an existing dwelling BER assessment. In some cases, there may be no MPRN number associated with the building.

In this instance, please complete the RO11 form and submit it to the BER helpdesk along with confirmation from ESB Networks confirming there is no MPRN associated with the building. The BER helpdesk will then generate a temporary MPRN for the purpose of publishing the assessment.
