The Home Heating Appliance Register of Performance (HARP) database is a product efficiency database for home heating appliances in Ireland.

About HARP

The HARP database provides domestic BER assessors with information on the efficiency of heating appliances available in Ireland for use in DEAP. The database has been in operation since 2006.

The HARP database use and future is currently under review. SEAI will not be expanding the HARP database in its current format - all current information will remain available as a static historical database providing domestic BER assessors with information on the efficiency of heating appliances for BER assessments.

If an appliance is not currently on the database, manufacturers can provide certified accredited test data to BER assessors for use in a BER assessment.

Heat Pump manufacturers Eco Design data can be used in a BER assessment.
