Protected Disclosures Annual Report 2025
This is the report of the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) for year ending 31 December 2025. Following the introduction of the new Protected Disclosures legislation on the 1 January 2023 and as required by the Act, SEAI has established a dedicated internal reporting channel to facilitate workers as defined in the Act, to report potential wrongdoing.
