This report, published in 2011, presents an economic evaluation of energy efficiency improvements made in the residential and small-business sectors via SEAI’s Home Energy Saving (HES) scheme and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Programme. The results are based on best available data, including that collected by SEAI during programme delivery.
