Project Description

A pilot demonstration of anaerobic digestion, waste reduction and circular economy in Bandon Grammar School; students take food waste from the canteen to be fed to the digester outside a science lab. Both educational and practical, students can observe the outcomes and the gas that is produced by the digester will be used in the science labs for science experiments and in a cooker in the home economics class.
