We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager in the IT Department which is part of the Corporate Services Directorate.
The IT Department provides support across all aspects of SEAI operations, with teams focused on a number of areas: IT Project and Business System Programmes (PMO), Enterprise Architecture, Data Governance, IT Operations including IT Helpdesk, IT Governance, IT Change Management, and Cyber and Information Security.
Reporting to the Programme Manager – IT Operations (with a dotted line to the Chief Information Officer) the Technical Project Manager will be responsible for project managing 3rd party vendors in delivering technical IT infrastructure projects and supporting the implementation of infrastructure elements of software projects both in the cloud and on-prem.

We have an exciting opportunity in the Better Energy Homes (BEH) Team in the Delivery Department of the National Retrofit Directorate.
The Better Energy Homes Programme is focussed on supporting Ireland in reaching its Climate Action Plan goals for 2030 and beyond by offering a range of individual energy efficiency upgrade grants to residential property owners.
The position will play a key role in supporting the Better Energy Homes Engineer and Programme Manager with the day-to-day management of the scheme and supporting the role out of new initiatives and systems, underpinned by Governance and Compliance structures.
As Programme Executive for the Better Energy Homes Programme, you will be involved in the day to day running of the Programme including ongoing quality management, ensuring efficient Programme processes, development of continuous process improvements, development of IT reports, liaising with third party stakeholders, among other duties.
This position will report to the Better Energy Homes Engineer.

The primary function of the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) is to assist the Authority in ensuring it meets its relevant statutory functions and advise the Board on the robustness and effectiveness of the arrangements and status of the corporate governance, financial management, risk management and internal audit of the Authority.
In line with the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies, the Audit and Risk Committee of the Authority consists of at least three, but no more than five, non-executive Board members of the Authority, and may include up to two external persons drawn from outside of the Authority. The Audit & Risk Committee generally meets remotely up to seven times per year with one in-person meeting held in the SEAI Office, 3 Park Place, Hatch Street Upper, Dublin 2. The meetings generally last 2.5 hours.
For each Audit & Risk Committee meeting, between preparation and meeting attendance, a commitment of at least six hours should be anticipated.
The Board of SEAI may ask the Audit and Risk Committee to convene further meetings to discuss particular issues on which they seek the Committee’s advice.
External Committee members are appointed by the Authority for a period of three years and may be eligible for reappointment for a further term up to a maximum of six years.

Due to expanding remit and requirements in the SEAI Legal Team we have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel within the Governance and Procurement Department.
This role will involve working with other legal colleagues and guiding and mentoring them in providing legal advice to the organisation on its activities and functions This position will play a key role in providing legal advice across SEAI functions.
