  • Multiple upgrades achieving a minimum BER B2
  • Fully managed by a registered One Stop Shop
  • Grant deducted from cost of works upfront

  • Choose contractors from the SEAI register

Fully funded energy upgrades

  • For certain homeowners who receive eligible welfare payments

  • Works recommended by an SEAI surveyor
