‘Think Energy’ campaign

Codema’s ‘Think Energy’ staff engagement programme was developed for Dublin Councils and aimed at inspiring staff in Civic Offices to become more energy conscious. The programme targeted energy waste in a range of applications including, office equipment, lighting, lifts and extended to sustainable transport.

Team Effort

The Strategy was developed by the Energy Team and included roll-out by Think Energy Ambassadors who volunteered from a wide range of departments and helped motivate their colleagues in cutting energy waste. Ambassador training was carried out and an Ambassador Support Manual was provided

Situation Analysis

Think Energy was based on a thorough analysis of the workplace situation by means of Staff Surveys and feedback, a Standby Energy Survey, and identifying both barriers and existing good practices.

Continuous Feedback

A Think Energy Online Hub provided real-time information on the energy being used in the buildings, along with tips, quizzes and educational videos.
